Description
The 10% cross link cation resin is a high capacity water softener resin, typically used for municipal and industrial water treatment. It’s made stronger to withstand the chlorine and other chemicals in the water better than standard 8% cross link resin.
The capacity of the resin depends largely on the amount of salt used in the regeneration. Typically 15 lbs. of sodium per cubic foot of resin is used to obtain maximum capacity of up to 33,000 grains per cubic foot.
