Description
Dow Corning silicone grease should be used as a lubricant for filter housing O-Rings, Autotrol, Clack, and Fleck control valves. Petroleum base lubricants like Vasoline will cause o-rings and seals to swell and become brittle. The use of other lubricants may attack and damage plastic filter housings and Noryl control valves.
