Description
FloMag (formally known as Corosex) Magnesium Oxide filter media is designed to raise the pH of the water from as low as 4.0 to neutral.
FloMag is designed for point of use acid neutralization in potable water treatment.
FloMag being soluble to acidity, will have to be replenished periodically. Please note, under certain conditions, FloMag may over correct and create a basic condition.
FloMag may be effectively combined with Calcite to combine a high flow neutralization properties of FloMag, along with the slowing reacting low flow properties of Calcite reducing potentially high basic properties due to over correction.
